Nova Pharma needed to replace paper attendance registers and Excel payroll for 140+ employees.
We developed PeopleHub, a complete HRM and payroll system on Laravel with a companion mobile app.
The Challenge
Attendance was recorded on paper, leave balances were disputed every month and payroll took HR four full days.
