Project Overview
StockPilot Logistics manages stock across four warehouses in Bangladesh.
We replaced their spreadsheets with a Python (Django) web application and a barcode-scanning mobile app for warehouse staff.
The Challenge
Stock counts took days, data was always out of date and out-of-stock items were only noticed when a customer complained.
