Nexa Group runs manufacturing, trading and retail across eight branches.
We built NexaERP, a modular ERP on Laravel that brings sales, purchase, inventory, accounting, HR and projects into one platform.
The Challenge
Each department used a different tool, month-end reports took more than a week and management never had a real-time picture of the business.
